Why are my changes not showing in emails?
Common reasons why edits don't appear and how to fix them.

If you made changes in the editor but they do not appear in your Shopify notification emails, try these steps in order:
Wait 10 seconds β Changes take a few seconds to reach Shopify
Hard refresh the preview β in Shopify Notifications, press Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
Check if you need to re-export β structural changes (adding/removing sections, switching preset) require a new export
Send a real test order β Shopify's preview can be cached. A real order always shows the latest state.
Note: Text, colors, buttons, footer, and marketing sections go live instantly. Only structural changes need a re-export. See "What changes go live instantly?" for the full list. If the issue persists, contact our support team with a screenshot.
